Salem Conference Center - Site of the 5/7/2011 Wolfpack Auction
We hope you’ll join us at the 25th Annual Athletic Auction on Saturday, May 7th at the Salem Conference Center, in Salem, Oregon.
It will be a fun filled night spent with over 275 alumni, student athletes and fellow fans – all benefiting very deserving WOU student athletes through life changing scholarships.
The evening starts at 5:00 PM with a hosted beer / wine bar, appetizers and silent auction – explore tables of a bounty of silent auction items such as a Nexus 42″ flat-screen TV; 30 gallons of Sherwin Williams Exterior paint; vacation packages to S. Oregon, Seattle, Central Oregon and the Oregon Coast; Kevin Boss autographed game worn shoes; Gourmet wine and food gift baskets and much much more! When you see an item you like, simply write down your bid on the item’s bid ledger – the highest bidder wins!
An excellent buffet dinner is served at 6:30 PM, followed by a live auction at 7:00 PM. The live auction gives everyone a chance to bid on even more fantastic auction items such as a Joe DiMaggio autographed baseball, beer for a year, a Nexus 42” flat-screen TV with a blue-ray DVD player and a year membership to Netflix, a Portland Trailblazers night and much more!
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by contacting Michael Feuling at 503-838-8449 or via e-mail at feulingm@wou.edu. Tickets are $75 a person in advance, $85 at the door, and $500 for a table of eight. With the purchase of a ticket each guest will enjoy a buffet style dinner, wine and beer and a lot of great items to bid on. Registration opens at 4:45PM.
